Are you currently using the Home windows desktop Edition and may't start This system?   If that's so, attempt this process.   Click the Home windows Begin menu, then inside the listing of all applications, scroll right down to TurboTax 2023 and click that to test launching This system.I am obtaining a similar dilemma.  All installturbotax.com
